Customer service with BitPlay has always been great. Actually have two people that I would like to mention and that's Victor and Salva. Since bit play offers so many different bonuses I sometimes get confused and send in the wrong bonus information. Victor and Salva both took the time to find the bonuses for me and apply them. In both instances I forgot that they were fees involved with Bitcoin I'm still working on it and they were both nice enough to go back in reorder the links for me. I really enjoy a bit play and all the options that there are available. They told me my redemption would be 14 business days, I put my redemption in on July 15th and it’s now been 25 business days and I still haven’t received it!
